Fees & payment

You provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and any access or materials we need to deliver.
Acceptance
Deliverables reviewed within an agreed period. No response within that period = deemed accepted.

day cooling-off period
Your right to cancel
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from agreeing any service to cancel without giving a reason — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If work begins within this window at your request, you may be charged proportionally for work completed.
How to cancel
Email info@zoopbyte.com with your name, the service, and the date of your agreement.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we process it within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.
Business clients
The 14-day right does not apply to business-to-business contracts. Cancellation terms will be set out in the project agreement.
